By booking an appointment with Curly Hair Concierge, you agree to the following terms.
Appointments & Booking
All appointments are booked through our online booking system (Vagaro) or by contacting us directly. A credit card is required to hold your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate the next client, or you may need to reschedule. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early.
Pricing
Service prices are estimates based on typical time and complexity. Final pricing may vary depending on hair length, thickness, condition, and desired results. Your stylist will discuss any adjustments before beginning the service.
Payment
We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments. Payment is due at the time of service.
Health & Safety
Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or scalp conditions before your appointment. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you reschedule.
Results
We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you have concerns about your service, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to make it right.
