Billing and Cancellation

Billing is every 28 days, not monthly. That means 13 billing cycles per year, not 12.

No contracts. Cancel anytime through the booking system or by calling. Last billing cycle remains active until its end date.

Member Booking Priority

Members see new appointment slots first. The booking system flags member-only access for slots Yazmin opens for early member access. Helpful during high-demand seasons (December, prom, summer).

Can I switch tiers?

Yes. Switching is free. Change takes effect on the next billing cycle.

What if I miss a service in my cycle?

Services in Inner Circle and Premium are usable in the cycle they're issued. The 28-day reset gives you flexibility.

Is the math worth it for me?

If you visit at least once every 4 to 6 weeks for root touch-ups, yes. The breakeven on Inner Circle+ alone happens after about 8 visits per year.

Can I pause my membership?

Premium tier includes one pause per year. Other tiers can cancel and rejoin.

Can I gift a membership?

Not directly. Gift certificates can be applied to services or to a future membership signup.
